Bookcase was delivered completed smashed first time (so not sure if quality issue with the item) and on the 2nd delivery forgot they to add assembly when redelivering despite ringing them in days in advance to make sure they did not forget. I have now been left with partly built furniture that is completely unusable, despite paying full up front. Incredibly frustrating and still waiting for this to be a callback for my get this resolved.

Expensive lack of quality- plywood backs - back of my bookcase was split - had to negotiate partial refund and repair ourselves after having paid for assembly - very disappointing.

The furniture is nice but I received it with scratches on the surface which was slightly disappointing. Overall it is a nice piece
