I ordered blue thinking it would match other blue items I have from Cotsworld, but they are totally different. I want to return them and they are in perfect condition literally unwrapped and wrapped back up straight away, but they are charging £20 to return them??? Won’t shop here again

I was shocked to get these mats each packaged separately in thick cardboard envelopes when they could all have easily come in one - it was total packaging overkill and I found it very upsetting to waste so much on these. Please look in to this.

Not quite as bright a blue as expected but still a nice colour. Really good value. They’ll brighten up the Christmas table.
