Great lamp but should have a white wire instead of a black one. A black wire stands out too much

Beautiful lamp, but slightly disappointed given the light colour of the lamp for it to have a black electric cord attached. Would also appreciate the cord being slightly longer

Gorgeous lamp base & shade, unfortunately it has a black flex & black switch. The flex is too short.
