I have requested to return this item on two occasions but have still not received any information. The item took weeks to be delivered and is no longer needed. I look forward to hearing from you

Didn't turn up when it was meant to was offered a refund but never got it. I had to chase to get the basket delivered. Can customer services come back to me re the refund please.

I wanted a nice quality and lined basket to store our “TV blankets” so they don’t clutter up the room. This is just about the right size. It fits nicely by the side of the sofa. Very pleased with this.
