Had a disappointing experience overall. Firstly the island didn’t arrive on the booked delivery date, after no contact I called Cotswold and was informed there were quality control issues…….. After several attempts to get some more information I did eventually speak to an advisor who informed me there was stock available and another delivery date was scheduled. I did receive the island on the rescheduled date but unfortunately the finish on the surface is very rough, there is also what looks like some fading, with hindsight I should have called Cotswold again, but chose not to.
