What a nightmare, first I was delivered a different product , the delivery was very rushed before I had a chance to look at the package properly , being rushed to sign paperwork . After the product revealed itself ,it took me no less than 6 calls to report the mistake. The delivery people came back with my real package which had a huge sticker on the box with my correct postcode ,so I am puzzled as to how this was not checked by delivery men in the first instant. I had to arrange for a paid joiner to put the shelves up, after a few days we unpacked the item only to discover damage to 3xparts of the unit . I have not posted on social media yet , and have reluctantly gone ahead with preferring to use the shelves as two of damage areas are not visible . Never again would I order from you as all this stuff is directly from China, nothing at all the COTSWOLD FURNATURE CLIENTS ARE DECIEVED BY.

Lovely bookshelves. Solid good quality. Look very good in my lounge. Plenty of storage for slim bookcase so good if you don't have much space for larger styles. Assembly a little tricky but other than that, I would recommend. Will buy from this rang again.
