Covid means you have unpack and build yourself, lots of packaging to keep it safe.

Lovely bookcase, robust and well made. Cannot fault the product.
Unfortunately, the customer service we received was appalling. Phoned prior to purchasing and was told two weeks wait time, took eight weeks to receive item, no apology and had to chase numerous times. On each occasion they were disinterested and unsympathetic. Couldn’t provide delivery date until last minute and wanted extra money for delivery (even though qualified for priority due to amount spent).
Such a shame as happy with product and they have lovely furniture online , but due to the poor customer service received, i will not use this company again.

The delivery men said it wasn’t there job to put the bookshelf together, which I wasn’t impressed with as the two pieces are incredibly heavy! Also as I had waited almost 2 months for this I wasn’t impressed that some of the finish looked rough and did not feel smooth at all, some parts looked like the painting had been rushed and wasn’t painted properly but I could cover that up, which should not be something I should be thinking about. Also there is quite a bit of dead space at the top of the cupboards, as well as the top shelves on the bookshelf. Maybe that can be redesigned? As otherwise it is a very solid and pretty piece of furniture, shame about he things I just mentioned.
