Generally pleased with my bookcases but 2 issues that disappoint.
Firstly, one of my bookcases looked like it had been built before - loads of dents and scratches (see image for an example), I took 13 photos of minor damage (happy to provide) before giving up!
Secondly, the bookcases are now £200 cheaper. This is annoying in terms of timing because I purposefully waited until post Christmas to order for a winter sale!! Not sure when it started but that is frustrating to see. The drop in price as well as the damage have left a sour taste unfortunately.
Perhaps I should return the damaged one and repurchase at the lower price? I’ll save money and get a better quality unit (I hope).

Arrived damaged so delivery team unable to assemble. We assembled and item wasn't the best quality. One screw insert was missing (so the screw just span round in the hole) and the holes didn't line up correctly between the two sections. Looks great when assembled but feel like i have over paid but about £400.

Lovely bookcase which is very solid. It comes partially built, the instructions for completing the build are easy to follow and we completed it in less than 90 minutes. It was easy for 2 of us to do however I feel it would be difficult for someone on their own.
