A beautiful product which was badly damaged. I called the Cotswold Company and was put through to an overflow call service and told to wait 48 hours for a call back. That was Saturday and I'm still waiting. I am at work and not in a position to keep calling. I don't have an issue with the product as accidents happen. I do have an issue with how it's not been dealt with!
We ordered three large white Burford bookcases to put next to each other. They are well built and solid, but unfortunately the "white" colour was different for each one. One is gleaming white, the next one eggshell, and the third almost yellow! Hence they don't look too good together. Also, the shelves are a bit flimsy and bend in the middle when loaded with heavy books.

I ordered two of these bookcases and although I was initially very impressed, they are solid well built pieces of furniture, beautifully presented and easy to assemble, I have since had reason to be quite upset at the paintwork on the edges of the shelves of one of the bookcases seemingly appears to melting and coming away!!! Obviously this is very disappointing as they are not cheap and the returns policy of 14 days has elapsed !!!
