The product seems fine, the service was poor, it seemed that most members of staff were reluctant to help in any way, sticking to pre rehearsed excuses as to why they couldn’t help. With the Black Friday reductions coming in within 2 weeks of my purchase you would have thought they would bend over backwards to get a sale at full retail price less 10%. When 40% reductions were imminent.
I will not be shopping with you again. I have not received 8 of the chairs yet, if they are not perfect I will be calling you

I had been looking for chairs like this for a while,and these blend with our existing furniture perfectly.The quality is really good for this price.The lime-wash wasn't as pale as I wanted but some white wax soon fixed that,and brings out the wood-grain detail.The cane back is a wonderful detail and the seat cushion is very comfortable and in a lovely textured fabric.Absolutely perfect.
