The nest of tables is nice enough but the service I received from Cotswold was utterly appalling and I will not order from them again. Their system went wrong at every point and I only persisted as this (along with another larger item) was a house warming present that my son had specifically requested. I tried several times to order online but the payment screen froze repeatedly and on numerous separate occasions. I had to ring in the end to place the order but the advisor could not connect me to the secure payment line. Somebody else had to call me back to take payment and confirm the order details. On the due date, having waited in all day, no delivery arrived. After a couple of attempts through the online chat, I had to phone to find out what had happened to my order only to find that it had been cancelled by the system because they had not connected the payment to the order. The same order was placed again but a second delivery date came and went with no contact and no delivery. I had to ring yet again to find out what had gone wrong. Inexplicably, the system had not created a manifest so no goods were on their way to me so we had to go through the entire process again. In the end it took almost five weeks for the furniture to arrive. Cotswold staff were all extremely friendly and apologetic but they were being let down by problems with their system that caused a huge amount of frustration and wasted time. An offer of a discount would have been a nice gesture in view of The money spent and all the problems but it wasn’t forthcoming. I’m sure that Ralph Tucker CEO would like to be made aware of all of these issues as the company is clearly experiencing major system errors demonstrated by my transaction that I’m sure he would want to know have been resolved. I’m happy to speak to him at any time to discuss the issues further.

goods perfect!!! the delivery service atrocious.!!!.I had made arrangements to have items,delivered to room,unpacked.and all packaging removed. I am an invalid,but on arrival they (two men team). phoned me to go to entrance door,and assist in getting them to my flat.(third floor). unpack and clear (physically impossible). placing order was as perfect,as was service I received from Katy when I explained my problem. I add that their is a door from lift direct to my address, and I feel 2 men should encounter delivering no trouble at all. Don't you!!

I'd love to be able to review this product but unfortunately the order STILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED!!! NOT HAPPY
