Absolutely beautiful chair with very comfortable back cushion. However, the seat cushion lets it down badly due to being very uncomfortable to sit on: seat cushion is extremely solid and feels similar to sitting on the hard ground. Delivery guy dumped the huge heavy box outside the door. Delivery of Ramsden armchair was not categorised as large furniture so unpacking and disposal
of copious cardboard etc and delivering to room of choice was not included. Disappointed in this purchase so will return.

We’re pleased with the chair but we’re disappointed with having to dispose of the packing which was quite a lot we were told we’d have to pay to have it taken away which would deter us from ordering from the Cotswold company again.
