Initially there were issues with the finance company as it had been completed and accepted but Cotswold were saying it hadn’t. I had to send proof from the finance co in the end and then Cotswold apologised. Delivery was in 2 parts as Cotswold only sent the bottom to the delivery co. Again Cotswold apologised. On delivery of the top there are some faults which I reported and sent photos. Cotswold apologised and have offered to send their restoration team to correct which I accepted but hasn’t taken place yet. The furniture looks good quality but the above has overall not been a great experience to date

Beautiful media unit. Negative was it had been either been previously delivered to and then returned by someone else (delivery boxes were taped up like it had been opened and resealed)or it was a store model as there were paint scratch marks on the top of the oak tv unit where the painted top part had been lifted on and off. I managed to remove the marks so happy to keep it. Delivery company excellent. I live in an are that is difficult to get to and unit was delivered without any issues and delivery guys were very polite and helpful.
