Our Elkstone Smoked Oak collection embodies classic oak furniture with a modern country twist. The Smoked Oak finish highlights the wood’s natural grain and knots, adding depth and character. Thoughtful details, such as elegant hand-turned feet and gentle grooves beneath the edges, add to its timeless elegance. Crafted using traditional woodworking techniques – including mortise and tenon joints and solid drawer runners – and complemented with black antique hardware, Elkstone is designed for lasting beauty.
Shaped entirely by nature, no two pieces are ever the same. To preserve the oak’s natural beauty, the timber is hand-finished with a combination of stains and glazes to achieve its Smoked Oak tone. It is then sealed with a lacquer to protect the oak’s subtle, natural grain traces.

So pleased with my purchase which was exactly as described in photographs on Cotswold site. I chose to use it without the legs due to height of Tv and it fits my space perfectly.
