Delivered promptly with the efficiency and courtesy which we have come to expect from Cotswold. The appearance and construction of this unit are attractive BUT the painted finish is very disappointing. We own several items of painted furniture from various suppliers. They have proved to be robust and durable, but the surface of this unit seems exceptionally delicate. In carefully installing items on the equipment shelves the edges chipped in several places: even a light knock from a remote was sufficient to dislodge a flake of paint. Having contacted Cotswold for advice we bought a pot of touch-up paint from Farrow and Ball. While this has effected a partial cosmetic improvement the blemishes are still apparent and I now regard the unit with suspicion.
