Just returned from holiday to open your parcel. This case is cracked. It arrived in a box with card wrapping around which obviously wasn’t enough. Please can I get a refund asap?

Unfortunately this vase was cracked in 3 places when it arrived. The packaging was really not sufficient for this item and it was no surprise that it was broken.
