A lot smaller than I expected, unfortunately the package was damaged on arrival so he has a little
Damage on his ear, nothing untoward and he is very cute…

The Cotswold Company clearly doesn’t read customer reviews. As previously experienced by others, I received the boot scarper not properly wrapped up just put in box which in the process of delivery got damaged so the legs of the “dog” was sticking out. I would have expected that the item would be properly wrapped up and protected during delivery. The boot scraper looks nice in the image but the “ craftsmanship “ in real life is shoddy. It looks decent enough on one side ( the side I would assume it is expected to be displayed ) but the other side - well, let’s not even go there, terrible . How could it pass any quality control?
