Read the detailed product description before considering ordering. This is not an oak mirror but a made in China plastic mirror with oak effect. Hoped for far better. Very disappointed.

The mirror is very nice, no issues except that i feel really cheated. I purchased the mirror based on the facts that the company name is Cotswold, the web site says rural place with beautiful furniture to match, and yet i did not get an oak mirror - i got an oak effect mirror. I also got a mirror from CHINA!!!! The packaging was all over the box. Not the cotswolds, not handmade at all. Had i known this i would not have purchased. Feel very much cheated

Mirror is broken and was probably done by the rubbish delivery men, funny how they put this in a different room from the other 4 items that were delivered and they would not wait for me to open and check it. I have also requested my money back and a collection of this item from Cotswold and the website said I would be contacted but 4 days on and still no contact, service is quite appalling after you have purchased your items, stop blaming Covid for you bad service
