We are happy with the bed frame but the slats are another matter. The slats are rough sawn with numerous wood splinters which snag the mattress. The fixing holes have not been drilled out. To get the slats into the frame I had to bend the frame and they rub the paintwork when inserted. We complained to Customer service and told we would have to return the complete bed(not possible) and the slats were a tight fit to give them some bend, considering the slats are 12mm thick,I believe this is a Customer service excuse. Two very disappointed customers and hence the star rating.
