It’s a shame because I actually really like the bed and the rest of the furniture from this company but the customer service is shocking to say the least.
Bed arrived without any screws or fixtures. Rang and explained the situation to be told I wasn’t the first person to have this issue today.
Told the lady on the phone that I work six days a week and if it would be possible to have them delivered to my work address. To which she said wouldn’t be possible but not to worry as they will fit though the letter box. Two days pass and I arrive home to what I thought to be a box or grip bag of screws to only be greeted by a sorry we have missed you form as the parcel requires a signature.
Telephoned to explained what has happened to the lady on the phone for her to put the phone down on me. Then to call again to explain the situation all over again to have a lady ask me to email them a utility bill to be able to get the screws delivered to my work address 1 mile away. To then argue it’s a box of screws and don’t see what all the drama is regarding. So after 7 days of having no bed to sleep on. I finally got the screws, to have the main one missing and the incorrect allen key. To say I wasn’t in a good mood would be an understatement. I’ve sent 3 emails and had not one response back. poor service and hope no one has the same experience. Did have intentions of ordering bed side tables and a dresser but would rather pay more some where else.

A lovely, sturdy bed that looks great and was straightforward to assemble. Ordering and delivery was very easy- communication from the delivery team was impressive.
