When looking for a replacement metal bed we fell in love with this one! The design and style is beautiful but more importantly the slats and support frame are more substantial than others we’d seen.
The measurement for the under bed clearance was not in the product details but the Cotswold customer support were very helpful and able to provide it (36.8cm).
We had an issue when the bed first arrived (one screw hole had no thread) but the whole bed was promptly replaced by Cotswold with assurance that all screw holes would be quality checked before sending. We had no problems assembling the new bed.
The Cotswold customer service is brilliant - they understood the issue, dealt with it promptly and efficiently. Their communication was also clear and friendly. If only other companies were this good!
