Let me start by saying that Cotswold Co. furniture is great; I can say this with confidence as I have seven pieces from various ranges and I have been pleased with each and every one of them, this bedside table is no different. I continue to order Cotswold Co. furniture because I love it and is perfect for the interior of my home, but that love doesn’t nullify the delivery and customer service issues that I have had with this piece, and four others. Every time I get in touch to explain my experience, I am met with a poor excuse relating to the couriers that as a company Cotswold Co. choose to employ, or worse, I receive no response at all. I am still waiting on a reply to an email sent (nearly 10 days ago) about the delivery of this particular piece of furniture - however this doesn't surprise me all that much as I have been waiting since January 2019 for a reply to a delivery query of another piece. Phone calls and live chat correspondence have produced similar results. If someone from the customer service team would be so kind as to finally get in touch, it would be appreciated.

Absolutely terrible. I’ve wasted hours of time , first one arrived with cracks and a chip . Second replacement one arrived with damage done by heat in the shipping container . The warehouse don’t check anything prior to despatch . A thoroughly miserable experience . Ended up cancelling the order to save what’s left of my patience . Will never use Cotswold again .
