Let me start by saying that Cotswold Co. furniture is great; I can say this with confidence as I have seven pieces from various ranges and I have been pleased with each and every one of them, this bedside table is no different. I continue to order Cotswold Co. furniture because I love it and is perfect for the interior of my home, but that love doesn’t nullify the delivery and customer service issues that I have had with this piece, and four others. Every time I get in touch to explain my experience, I am met with a poor excuse relating to the couriers that as a company Cotswold Co. choose to employ, or worse, I receive no response at all. I am still waiting on a reply to an email sent (nearly 10 days ago) about the delivery of this particular piece of furniture - however this doesn't surprise me all that much as I have been waiting since January 2019 for a reply to a delivery query of another piece. Phone calls and live chat correspondence have produced similar results. If someone from the customer service team would be so kind as to finally get in touch, it would be appreciated.

It’s not sold wood as I would think, the panels that they can make thin board edged in wood, not a full wooden panel. It is wood and it’s okay all round but for the cost I would expect good thick wood or oak panels

Disappointed with delicate finish ; drawer fit and white powder residue that comes off the underside of drawers despite cleaning.
