I received this item and when I removed the packaged it was damaged. I have sent photos and a description of this to Customer Services and received a response. After replying to the email, some 3 days ago, I have not received a reply. Very disappointing and my issue still remains unresolved!!!!!

Absolutely terrible service . Warehouse don’t QC anything despite having the same issue TWICE . Odd and very noticeable pattern marks on the top of the product which had in my opinion been damaged by overheating in a shipping container . Company don’t really care ! It’s all imported cr@& from China that is slickly marketed . Waited in for a replacement delivery which had exactly the same fault . Super frustrating and will never buy any of their over priced , poorly quality controlled furniture again . Cancelled the order .
