In summary - a bit disappointing and slightly overpriced, but not enough to warrant returning. Having received the products, the first thing I noticed is these are actually made in China, shipped complete half way around the world in horrendous quantities of plastic wrap and polystyrene inside their carboard cartons. I would both prefer a more local manufacture (if not raw material sourcing), and the packaging could quite easily all be cardboard and recyclable. As to the build quality - the tolerances, fit and general finish of the draws is just not up there with some of the other well known hard wood furniture retailers at the same price point. Quite disappointed in this aspect. The draws can move side to side by +-5mm, leaving unsightly and uneven gaps up and down the stack. The internal wooden structures has clearly been made using poorer off-cuts of wood, with several splits, chips and notches visible on closer inspection. Some of the internals are painted, other areas are just primed, others areas not at all. Draw runners have been very roughly routed out of the draw sides and unfinished. This leaves an extremely rough contact surface. In poor English, the paper instruction note suggests the user buys a candle and rubs it on them to improve the draw running - whilst this may be true, better manufacturing quality and wood choice could leave these surfaces with a better finish out of the factory - its just more cost cutting. Overall there is nothing fundamentally unsound, but just not what you expect at this price point, corners have been cut, cost taken out of the materials and manufacturing and it really shows!

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely terrible design, the draws are far too small to be in anyway functional. Don’t be deceived by the pictures this entire design range is faulty in my opinion. We literally had to buy more storage as we couldn’t fit a fraction of our clothes into these.

Absolutely loving my bedroom furniture.
