Although the model is very nice, and the quality of the wood is high, the major problem are the drawers, they don’t run smoothly, they get stuck when you try to pull or push. It’s such a pity for such a beautiful piece. If it wasn’t the fact that we liked it very much and suits our room we would have return it. We did switch rooms and use it for items that we don’t use every day so we wouldn’t need it to pull the drawers every day. Thank you

We are extremely pleased with this unit, it looks terrific and the standard of workmanship is excellent
One real nick pick is the drawers are hard to pull in and out but the advice of candle wax has helped
Take nothing away the unit is great and highly recommended!

How can you even ask this question? We still have not received this item even though two delivery dates have passed. We are still waiting for an update as to what has/is happening to our order! To say I am not impressed with customer service is an understatement
