Good product, good customer service but not great delivery process. This was to replace a damaged one that was delivered. Customer Services were excellent and organised a new one which was delivered within a few weeks but then sadly let down by the delivery process. First issue was that the delivery men initially were not going to put it up in the bedroom where the original one was delivered to (hallway delivery?). Second issue was that they did not unbox it and take the packaging away like they did with the original one. Third issue, after inspection when they left (during COVID) I found this one was also damaged (not as badly as the last one). Considering the price you pay for these products I would expect a better delivery service, and goods undamaged. This is not the first product I have bought from Cotswold where it has been damaged in transit.
