Very happy with my chambray console table! Very good finish to it and fits perfectly in my room!
The only negative was how difficult it was to get in touch with ‘delivery’
Every time I rang I got ‘overflow dept’
Very frustrating!! However very happy with product!!

I am very disappointed with my purchasing experience. I originally received a faulty item. The positive is that the initial exchange was handled efficiently and courteously from the customer service perspective. Unfortunately, however, when the replacement was sent it it too was faulty. I tried to refuse delivery but the courier advised that "there was no room on the van". I am awaiting currently awaiting the delivery of a further replacement - hopefully a case of third time lucky. I would have cancelled the order completely other than the fact that I have previously ordered matching furniture.
