The first wardrobe I received (after a ca 13 week wait) was very badly damaged - see photos 1 and 2. The replacement wardrobe the company sent me (after a supposed QC inspection) had unsightly cosmetic defects - see photo 3. My daughter desperately needed a wardrobe and we are busy people, so we ended up keeping it. Not pleased.

I am still waiting for this product. Ordered initially on 11th Jan. Item was not in stock. Absolutely fine. Item was delivered on 10th march and was damaged. It was returned and we waited for a replacement part. Replacement was rescheduled for 18th March. It arrived. It too was damaged. Our delivery drivers advised that we keep the top half of the wardrobe to store our clothes in, until the bottom drawer unit could be redelivered. Third time lucky we were hoping. Today, we didn't actually get to see our wardrobe as we were told that the delivery drivers would not leave the item on account of the fact that we had not dismantled the top half of the previous wardrobe (Even though this had never been mentioned prior to today) So we have now had 4 attempted deliveries and still do not have a functioning wardrobe. This has been my first experience of ordering from Cotswold Company and it will 100% be my last. Appaling quality and awful service. STILL WAITING FOR A WARDROBE ORDERED JANUARY 11th.

Wardrobe doors arrived damaged, so unusable. It took several emails before the wardrobe was collected, and in one email I was offered £65 to keep the wardrobe. Who is going to keep a damaged wardrobe? I am still awaiting a refund. Not impressed.
