Four Door Wardrobe

We are very happy with the quality and finish of the Quad Wardrobe. It was very easy and straight forward to assemble but did require 3 of us to lift the top part onto the base. Unfortunately two of the shelves appear to be the incorrect size and shape so we are waiting to hear if it is possible to receive replacement shelves. The customer services at the Cotswold Company has been great and efficient. However the delivery company that is used to deliver the furniture is absolutely shocking. On the day we were supposed to receive our delivery the company cancelled the order with an hour to go until the end of our time slot saying the item was missing although all the tracking information we were receiving informed us the delivery was within 30 minutes of our house. They did agree to re-deliver it within two days but when they arrived the delivery men were exceptionally rude and bad mannered. They had no respect for our purchase or house, with the boxes being ripped and the walls of our stairway and bedroom being completely ruined to the point that we had to redecorate one of the walls. It’s such a shame Cotswold Company uses this delivery company as it would put me off having furniture delievered by them again.

A really good, solid wardrobe which was easy to put together and parts were well made. I am giving a 4* rating because unfortunately it came with a huge amount of none recycling packaging, which was disappointing and difficult to dispose of. The wardrobe comes in 4 really big cardboard boxes which are hard to breakdown into peices small enough to put in your household recycling bins without completely filling them. There was an awful lot of polystyrene packaging which is not recyclable, it was sad to see that more environmentally friendly methods of packaging were not used. The handles on the wardrobe/ drawers feel a bit flimsy (although look nice) but the wardrobe itself is well made and a lovely bit of furniture.

Struggled to find a good quality quad wardrobe and this is just perfect. It fits the space and being able to pick and choose between shelving and hanging rails makes it really flexible. It also looks great. We paid for it to be assembled which I’d definitely recommend. The guys got it up a very awkward staircase and had it built in and hour and a half.
