These chairs are absolutely gorgeous. Really good quality and a wonderful addition to our home. However, the service I received/am receiving is the opposite! I ordered the chairs along with a sideboard and a kitchen table. The chairs had a two week lead time and the sideboard and table had one week lead times at the time of order. The website has a disclaimer to say that delivery lead times may change but the customer will always be kept updated. The chairs abs sideboard took 2.5 weeks to reach me and the table STILL ISN’T HERE 6 weeks later and won’t be here until at least the start of December. I have never been updated once by the company and every time I ring to chase I am told dates further and further back. When I complain the staff seem annoyed at me and nothing is ever done to help. We moved house at the end of September and have been using a camping table for all of this time with two small children. The lead time advertised on the website was a major factor in choosing a table and I feel utterly let down. I have several other items on order with this company with longer original lead times and have no faith that they will arrive on time either. I do understand that shipping times will be impacted by covid but 1 week to 12 seems too much, also a simple update as advertised on their website would make the situation seem better instead of having to chase myself and be told something different with each call. Even though the products are beautiful I would not recommend this company to my friends or family because of the terrible customer service I have received.

Lovely chairs. Excellent colour

Chairs individually fine but you don’t have seat pads to fit these chairs oddly and the chairs don’t fit snuggly under the table 4 at a time which is irritating.
