Lovely piece of furniture with a great finish. We shall be filling it soon with treasures. The Cotswold delivery duo, a young lady and a young man, were fabulous - nothing was too much trouble for them. They put the item in place and remained cheerful, even when we thought it might be too tall for the space we wanted it in! What ambassadors for the brand. This has turned out to be one of the worst purchases ever, with the delivery company from hell, who for some odd reason chose not to deliver it first time round, did not understand a word of English and who were almost as bad as the customer service at Cotswold themselves. I spoke to the delivery company myself as they wrote to me saying they were coming that week to take a non existent display cabinet back..sad but true.
Next The Customer Service who said they would give me a discount who then had the cheek to ask what I was buying to see if it was possible!! If you are going to offer a discount, follow through and I should not have to say what I am buying, that is extremely unprofessional, you messed up, not me. Do not trust this company,
