***TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE***
Product ordered 7 May, received a faulty item - broken soft close fastening, broken dove tail joint. Numerous calls / emails / messages to "customer service", as of 21st August this is still not resolved. Different team members do not communicate, provide incorrect details, make incorrect bookings, do not answer or return calls. AVOID.

This is ok. Had to return the first one that was delivered because the wood was marked and it wobbled. Still not amazed by the product. The quality of the wood isn’t brilliant and it still wobbles a little.

This is our second order with Cotswold and once again the quality control department during manufacturing has not performed as expected with what are advertised as high quality items. On receipt of the unit we noticed it rocked corner to corner. We moved the unit to 3 different areas and the same issue applies, in the end we placed a small pad under one of the legs to stop it rocking. Not enough of an issue to return the product or fight for a refund/compensation but we expected better. We should have learnt from our first encounter.
