Was disapointed in the quality of this item. The wood and metal are very flimsy and lightweight, I was hoping for something more robust. The white 'ceramic' caps on the hooks seem to be made of plastic. I'm waiting for instruction on how to return, plus confirmation of my full refund. Hope you get in touch soon.

Sadly this was delivered broken and after emailing the support team straight away to let them know I still had to send in photos to justify the fact I didn’t want a coat rack with broken ceramic hooks. It’s been collected but still no refund. Possibly the first and last time I order.
