The Hour hand is not synchronized as it should be. As the Minute hand approaches 12 o clock the Hour hand isn't on the hour. instead, it seems half an hour behind. What do I do to send this back?

Nice clock, looks good, but difficult to see the hands, so not easy to tell the time..!

It's ok.... one of arms was slightly bent and wouldn't pass over the other hand initially... my husband had already put up otherwise I would be returning it! Disappointed with my purchase on this occasion.
