Beautiful solid clock. Well made. Was worried about the hands but parcel was well wrapped and we had no problems at all.
Sometimes when hands are on the quarter and half hours it’s difficult to read but really not too much of a problem.
Would definitely recommend.

The Hour hand is not synchronized as it should be. As the Minute hand approaches 12 o clock the Hour hand isn't on the hour. instead, it seems half an hour behind. What do I do to send this back?

Nice clock, looks good, but difficult to see the hands, so not easy to tell the time..!
