Many of our cushions come with fibre or feather pads for lasting comfort and support. The fabrics we choose – from soft viscose mixes to sturdy wool – are selected to withstand everyday life while keeping their beauty.

Our cushions come in various shapes and sizes, from generous 50x50cm squares perfect for lounging, to 30x50cm rectangular styles that work well for layering. Throws typically measure around 140x185cm, ideal for draping over sofas or adding extra warmth to beds.

What materials are used in your cushions and throws?

Our cushions and throws are crafted from a variety of quality materials to suit different styles and comfort preferences. Cushion covers include 100% cotton, cotton velvet, cotton-linen blends, viscose-linen mixes, and acrylic for faux lambswool designs. Many feature polyester or feather inner pads for comfort. Our throws are made from luxurious materials including 100% British wool, merino lambswool, cashmere blends (typically 40% wool, 25% viscose, 25% polyamide, 10% cashmere), and cotton-wool mixes for herringbone designs.

Are the cushions filled with natural or synthetic materials?

Our cushions are filled with a mix of both natural and synthetic materials. Many of our cushions feature fibre pads (polyester filling), while some of our premium cushions contain 100% feather inners for a plumper, more luxurious feel. For example, the Compton Stripe cushion Natural 50x50cm and Wildfields Print cushion include feather pads, whilst our Cotton Velvet fringed cushions and Botanical Meadow cushion use polyester fibre filling.

What sizes do the cushions and throws come in?

Our cushions come in a variety of sizes to suit different spaces. You'll find square cushions in 43x43cm, 45x45cm and 50x50cm, as well as rectangular cushions in 30x50cm. We also have a generous 54x54cm option. Our throws are available in 130x170cm, 140x185cm and 140x190cm.

Can the cushions and throws be mixed and matched with other ranges?

Yes, our cushions and throws are designed to mix and match beautifully. With a range of complementary colours, textures and designs across our Home Accessories collection, you can create a look that's uniquely yours. Pair embroidered cushions with velvet finishes, or layer different throws to add warmth and depth to your space.

How should I care for and clean my cushions and throws?

To keep your cushions and throws looking their best, most of our products require dry cleaning only. This applies to our cotton velvet cushions, embroidered designs, and many of our wool and cotton-blend throws. Always check the care label on your specific item, as some throws – like our herringbone woven designs – can be gently hand washed. For everyday maintenance, we recommend giving cushions a gentle shake to maintain their shape and removing any surface dust with a soft brush.

Do the cushions come with inserts included?

Yes, all our cushions come with inserts included. Depending on the cushion, you'll receive either a fibre pad or a feather pad filling, so they're ready to use straight away.

Are fabric samples available before purchasing cushions and throws?

We don't currently offer fabric samples for cushions and throws. However, you're welcome to order items and return them within our no-quibble returns policy if they're not quite right for your home. We want to make sure you're completely happy with your purchase.

What is the return policy if my cushions or throws are not suitable?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your cushions or throws aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them with no quibble. How long will delivery take for cushions and throws?

Your cushions and throws will be delivered within 10 working days with our Standard Delivery service (£5.95). We'll be in touch to organise a delivery date, Monday–Friday, 7am–9pm, with a specific timeslot by the morning of delivery. Items will be delivered to the ground floor front entrance of your property.

You can upgrade to Named Day Delivery (£9.95) to choose your preferred delivery date as soon as the next working day, Monday–Saturday, 7am–9pm.
