I'm very pleased with my bookcase. It seems well made and so nice to buy a quality piece of furniture that doesn't need 'putting together'. However I found the customer service did not match the furniture, My bookcase did not turn up on the day requested (even though I paid for this and had taken a day off work to be in). The advisor was pleasant enough but it took a second person to sort out the delivery for me. The day I should have received the delivery it was still sitting in the warehouse!
