Payment Information

What forms of payment are accepted?

We currently accept orders paid by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch or Maestro. As an additional security measure to combat unauthorised card use we will ask you to enter the last three digits printed on the reverse of your card at the checkout.

If you wish to pay by cheque, we can only accept your order by mail. All prices shown are in pounds sterling, and include VAT. We regret that at this time we can only accept orders paid in sterling and for delivery to the UK.

When will my credit card be debited?

Your card will be debited as soon as you place your order. If the lead time on your order is over four weeks we may be able to refund 90% of your payment until your item is in stock. Once the item is in stock, we will ask you to pay the remaining 90% before we despatch your order. Please note we are not able to extend this offer to sofa and armchair orders. Finance Options

We now offer finance for customers who are over 18 years old, have lived in the UK for at least three years and are placing an order to a total value of £500 or more. During your application a credit check will be performed, this may affect your credit score. More information can be found here.

Our finance package is available online, over the phone or in store. There are no fees for taking up interest bearing or interest free credit. If you're buying online all you need to do is click through to the checkout and select our finance option as your payment method.

No deposit is required for any of our finance options. Once finance has been authorised, it is valid for 90 days, and your first instalment will be payable approximately 30 days after your order has been delivered. Delivery must be to the billing address, and you can select your preferred delivery date at the time of ordering for in stock items; however, please bear in mind this will be dependent on your finance agreement being verified and we cannot be held responsible for any resulting delay in delivery.

Finance for qualifying orders can be selected at our checkout, which will take you through to the V12 retail finance platform for an instant decision. All customer finance is provided by V12 Retail Finance.
