It is a well-made, sturdy chair. Not as comfortable as I would have liked and there is no lumbar support at all. I have "fixed" this with the purchase of a separate support pillow, but shouldn't have had to. It's also a bit harder to sit on and lower than I'd like. That's the challenge with buying online I guess and in hindsight I wish I hadn't.
