We are really pleased with the sofa, just the right size and comfortable, it’s not soft and squidgy but quite firm which we like. It was a bargain as an ex display model. We visited the a Chelmsford branch and Clare was extremely helpful, she arranged a next day delivery and kept in contact with us till it arrived. She is a real asset to the company. Wish there was a branch nearer to us in Tring!
I love this sofa. The colour is stunning and in modern velvet fabric it feels soft and luxurious. It's comfy but firm and supportive without being rigid.
