Unfortunately I had to return this item as it did not suit. As I experienced difficulty in getting through on the phone to arrange collection, I contacted your help desk. Courier did not turn up on the agreed date (had stayed in all day )so I arranged for the following week. This time he did arrive but had failed to give the 2 hour slot as promised so had to stay in again. I am now waiting confirmation of a refund.
I have purchased from you in the past and have been impressed with the service, not so this time. I look forward to hearing from you.

We like the friendly pattern and light colours of this hard-wearing runner. It is just the right size for the front room of our little terraced house, where it serves as our 'hallway'.
