I never received the item! It was all a disaster as I paid an extra £20 for both a Saturday delivery and a morning delivery which never arrived and after waiting for another week was told it wouldn't be in stock for 4/6 weeks.

Very pleased with this purchase and have in fact ordered another one. I wanted it for my kitchen floor as the surface of the Karndean is too slippy for an arthritic labrador! Does the job and looks nice as well.

This is a really nice looking rug and goes well in my hall. Hard wearing but exactly as the picture - looks great.
