This is heavy beautifully made item of furniture. I was delighted I paid to have it assembled, given how substantial it is. It looks terrific &’everyone is really pleased

Nice product - clean lines and well designed. Easy to assemble. Looks very nice and is comfortable.
What could be improved is the packaging - way too much polystyrene for these sustainable days - all of that went straight into the landfill which was a pity. I am sure that it could be replaced by a cardboard or other sustainably sourced and recyclable material.

It is adding insult to injury to get this email asking if we're happy with our purchase. As I informed you by phone on 29 October, we spent the whole morning trying to assemble the bed but without success because we found the screws were too short to connect to the nuts. Despite promises to deal with this complaint, I have heard nothing. Considering the amount of money we have spent with you over the last few months, this is pretty terrible customer service.
