I never received this product after being constantly let down by the delivery company who lost it, found it and then only loaded 2 of 3 boxes and so couldn’t deliver again. Eventually cancelled the order and am awaiting refund. I realise this is a delivery company issue rather than Cotswold, however they also couldn’t have cared less. Won’t be purchasing the kitchen dresser or the kitchen table we had our eye on and will now buy elsewhere

Fabulous bed and good quality and very easy to put together the only slight gripe is when you slide the bottom one back under it doesn’t go back flush which is a bit of a pain if you are fussy like me.

Well I would be giving more if all the parts had turned up for the trundle. I rang for them to be sent to me and once I get them I may be able to give a better response . Must say rather disappointed as I needed the bed over the weekend. Does put me off ordering again to be honest
