Only had the box four days and the arm became faulty n it wouldn’t hold the lid up. Contacted customer services to issue me with a new blanket box. So far they have refused but said they will send a new arm for ME to fit instead . This is totally unacceptable. Im awaiting on a reply from customer services as I think I should have a brand new box instead of just a new arm.

This was bought as we have storage issues and because of the size and depth so far we have been able to fit in our bed linen, towels and winter throw, with room left. the box is very well built - the lid stays open on its own - love the colour as its not at odds with our other bedroom furniture. Pleased with the quality and style and would recommend to others.
