We are sooooo delighted with our ottoman & the service we received from the initial conversation with your showroom, the assistant went to the trouble of taking her laptop to the storeroom to show us the colour of the piece as grey can be made many shades. The delivery company kept us informed all the way up to a call 15 mins before arrival. The quality of the piece is excellent & we cannot praise the whole procedure enough.

To be fair it’s a lovely product. The only disappointing thing is that the legs were secured inside with a piece of string. This string has left a big imprint on the outer velvet. I thought it would fade with time but hasn’t. Aside from this lovely product and I would recommend.
