Grand Bookcase

Absolutely beautiful; solidly built as I would expect from Cotswold co. Looks so nice in my sitting room and I am very pleased. Two small niggles...... the shelf pegs look awful, they stand out horribly against the white. I'm going to have to find some white ones! The other small issue.... the white knobs are a brighter white than the warm white of the bookcase, I'm hoping that I won't notice after a while! Overall I'm very happy to add this beautiful piece of furniture to my growing collection from the Cotswold co. Thank you.

Great delivery ,guys really careful with the grand bookcase . Love it ??

This is our second large order with Cc. We had to take our living room window out to get this in. The delivery men were super friendly and helpful. We tried to help them but they shood us away as they had it all in hand and were very gentle with our order. When we unpacked the bookcase it was clear it had been damaged in the warehouse or during transit. We let the CC know and within 24 hours we had a day arranged with a third party company to come and attempt to repair it. The guy who repaired our bookcase has just left and he’s done a fantastic job. We couldn’t be happier with all the customer service we have received from start to finish. The bookcase is beautiful. Top half still needs securing to the wall as it’s quite a narrow case and wobbles unless it’s secured! Highly recommend :)
