10 Drawer Chest

The furniture was great but the delivery service was awful. They left my item in my Hall way , when it was in fact supposed to go upstairs into the bedroom, when I asked them how they expected me to get it upstairs on my own when they where not willing to try when there was 2 of them. They said it was not their problem. So disappointed as I brought it from the cotswold company as you normally deliver into the required room. Very unhappy will think twice before I order again..

Sadly this chest of drawers never actually arrived! After paying for express delivery it has now been over a week with repeated delivery attempts from Cotswold's contracted courier who refused to carry this item up to a first floor... not that unusual for a piece of bedroom furniture surely? Communication has been awful and I had to chase / go between the courier and Cotswold Company to organise redelivery on two occasions - one of which they never even turned up. It is fortunate I work from home but this has still been so disruptive. I wanted a piece of 'forever' furniture and to invest in an item to take with me for years. I have now cancelled my order as am fed up of chasing and waiting and will be shopping elsewhere. So, so disappointing. I have never shopped with Cotswold before and will not be returning.

Beautiful piece of furniture, very few people do this size. Unfortunately let down again by delivery company. Cancelled on the day, 20 mins before the end of the delivery period, and when they did deliver declared it was "impossible" to deliver to room of choice. This was achieved between husband and a friend 10 minutes later without issue. 2nd time I have had problems with delivery, puts me off purchasing cotswold furniture again.
