Lovely piece of furniture.
Good communication.
Delivered on time.
However..... all the left hand side draw runners were only tacked into place, not screwed in as all the others were and therefore had fallen off, meaning the draws could not be put in and or used.
Fortunately my husband measured the screw size, by removing one from another draw space, purchased some and attached the runners and the draws could be put into place.
Needless to say, we should not have to have done any of this ourselves.

Drawers are lovely and very well made! The only issue I had was with delivery! The just dropped the box in the front door with all the packaging and left! I live on my own and had no chance of moving it! Had to wait all day until a neighbour came round to help me! Thought the Cotswold Company would have better delivery service.
